Software
Software, as we mentioned, is another name for programs. Programs are the instructions that tell the computer how to process data into the form you want. In most cases, the words software and programs are interchangeable.It’s also a collection of instructions that enable the user to interact with a computer, its hardware, or perform tasks.Without software your computer is useless,i think it don’t have any value.

For example,You work in a company and your boss tells you to make a datasheet about company’s all worker information and their wages.Its impossible to write hand.For that you need a software which can help you to create this easily.And here I think Microsoft Spreadsheet Software helps you so much.If you want to surf the internet you need a Browser Software like Chrome,Firefox,Internet Explore etc.If you don’t have this software you can not do this work.Other-hand without an operating system the spreadsheet and browser could not run on your computer.

System software is “background” software that helps the computer manage its own internal resources.

Desktop computers use standalone operating systems like Windows 10 or Mac OS.Networks use network operating systems (NOS).
•Utilities perform specific tasks related to managing computer resources. One of the most essential utility programs that every computer system should have is an antivirus program. These programs,protect your computer system from viruses or malicious programs that are all too often deposited onto your computer from the Internet. These programs can damage software and hardware, as well as compromise the security and privacy of your personal data. Application Software
Application software might be described as end user software. Three types of application software are General-purpose, Specialized, and Apps.

There are over half a million apps. The most popular mobile apps are for social networking, playing games, and downloading music and videos.
